Simply abuse the Chain Yanker + Yes Man Kablaam tactic, unleash godhand and punch the remainder of his life the normal way and evade whenever needed or spam High Side Kick cancels all the way.

Be warned that since he's on LV DIE breaking his guard will prove to be difficult, in which case you may want to consider using Ball Buster/Chain Yanker to stun him first. Obviously, doing this would mean that you have to choose betwen the Chain Yanker + YMK and the High Side Kick cancels tactic.
